The automatic warm isostatic press is used for the pressurization operation of products such as multilayer ceramic capacitors. It can realize uniform pressurization of materials, avoid product defect rates caused by uneven pressurization, and improve product stability and consistency. The automatic warm isostatic pressing equipment developed and produced by our company YSR adopts touch screen operation, with a user-friendly interface that is convenient and easy to use. The equipment is equipped with alarm and fault prompt functions. It can set the starting time of equipment preheating, the preheating time of products, the lamination time of products, and the cavity pressure (PSI) can be customized according to customers' requirements.


The main functions of the warm isostatic press equipment are as follows:

• Automatic locking: After the material enters the high-pressure cavity, the high-pressure cavity is automatically locked.

• Automatic heating: After starting work, heating starts automatically according to the set temperature.

• Automatic pressurization: When the set conditions are met, pressurization starts automatically.

• Overpressure protection: Multiple protections are adopted to prevent overpressure, and a safety valve is equipped.

• Touch screen operation function: Full touch screen operation, all parameters are set on the touch screen, which is simple and convenient to operate, with a user-friendly man-machine interface.

• Safety function: The hardware is equipped with an emergency stop switch, and the software is equipped with an interlock function. In case of emergency, the emergency stop switch can be pressed to stop the equipment operation. The interlock function realizes interlocking of mutually interfering motion mechanisms in the software, so as to protect the safe operation of the equipment to the greatest extent.
