YISENRONG MLCC Three-in-One Sorting Machine is used for the inspection and sorting of finished MLCC, especially MLCC chip capacitors, chamfered alumina balls and defective products.
1 Classification of alumina balls
2 Screening of adhered chips, broken chips and broken alumina balls
3 Loading mechanism transports the materials to trapezoidal tray to separate products from alumina balls.The first linear screen classifies alumina balls by size.Then products will be transferred to the first layer for screening adhered chips,then to the second layer for screening broken chips,qualified products are finally collected.

B. Complete safety inspection before operation,eliminates potential hazards.
C. Operate according to procedures,implement risk prevention and control measures:
Do not touch moving parts such as blades and rollers with hands,avoid mechanical injury.
During operation,do not adjust, measure or clean debris with hands.
When workers operate together, clarify responsibilities respectively,prevent accidental startup of switches.
D. Perform proper equipment maintenance,improve emergency preparation:
Regularly inspect equipment,ensure normal operation.
Clean equipment in time, check condition of wearing parts such as blades and bearings, replace them if worn.
Regularly verify devices such as emergency stop switches and protective covers. Unauthorized disassembly and modification are not allowed.
E. Handling of sudden failures:
When accident happens, cut off the power immediately and report. Do not to maintain while equipment is operating.
