The YSR Automatic LTCC Loading and Unloading for End Firing Machine is used for LTCC 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210 (different models can be achieved by changing the straight - vibration plate fixture).
YISENRONG Automatic LTCC Loading and Unloading for End Firing Machine is that the operator puts the fixture with the carrier net/cover net into the equipment, pours the chips into the hopper, and the chips are evenly spread on the carrier net through the automatic discharging mechanism and then input into the end - firing furnace in parallel. The automatic unloading equipment automatically grabs the mesh sheet output from the end - firing furnace, then collects and screens the chips, and automatically loads the empty carrier net/cover net into the fixture.
