YISENRONG Automatic LTCC Edge Trimming Machine uses two sets of CCD visual imaging systems. Through software processing, it can automatically search and determine the image and align the center point of the mark as the basis for the cutting center position. The overall equipment consists of six axes: the rotation adjustment control axis, platform movement axis, cutter axis, left - right image alignment axis, and cleaning axis. The integration of the imaging system through image processing software achieves the function of precise cutting.

Do not touch moving parts (e.g., cutters, pulley wheels) with hands.
Do not adjust, measure, or clean debris by hand during operation.
For multi-person collaborative operations, clarify division of responsibilities to avoid accidental activation of control devices.
D. Equipment maintenance and emergency preparedness:
Perform regular maintenance and upkeep.
Clean equipment after use; inspect worn parts (e.g., cutters, bearings) and replace them promptly.
Regularly test safety devices (e.g., protective covers, emergency stop switches); unauthorized removal is prohibited.
E. Emergency response:
In case of sudden malfunction or accident, immediately cut off power and report the incident; do not attempt to repair equipment while it is running.

It depends on the material characteristics of the ceramic product, the processing stage and the edge requirements. An appropriate mechanical trimming or precision grinding scheme is adopted, and the processing position is controlled through dedicated tools, fixtures and positioning mechanisms. For LTCC products, it is necessary to confirm whether the processing object is in the green body, after lamination or after sintering process stage, as the material state at different stages will affect the processing method and process parameters.
For precision ceramic products, assessment can be conducted by combining appropriate measuring tools, microscopic observation equipment or dedicated detection systems. The specific inspection items and qualification standards should be determined by the product drawings, process specifications and customer quality requirements.
