The YSR Automatic RES Chamfered Ball Screening Machine is used for sorting zirconium balls, product adhered chips, and product fragments after chamfering of RES products.

YISENRONG Automatic RES Chamfered Ball Screening Machine is mainly used for screening zirconium balls and products after chamfering of MLCC chip - type capacitors. Screening requirements: First, classify chamfered balls (1. Collect those with a diameter ≥ the specified diameter uniformly; 2. Collect those with a diameter < the specified diameter uniformly). Second, screen product adhered chips, product long strips, and product fragments.

The screening function is realized by the feeding mechanism. The zirconium balls are first screened by the first triangular plate, and the zirconium balls are classified by size by the first strip - shaped sieve. Then the products are transferred to the second triangular plate for secondary precision screening of zirconium balls. After precision screening, the products are transferred to the product strip - shaped sieve for the first - stage screening of adhered chips and long strips. After that, the products fall to the next layer for the second - stage screening of adhered chips, then fall to the third layer for the screening of fragments, and finally, the products are transferred to the qualified product collection.
