YISENRONG LTCC End Sealing Machine is implanted with an oscillation method to automatically implant products into the upper guide plate and accurately guide products into the glued plate through oscillation.
Each mechanism is equipped with a cleaning roller to sweep the impurities on the board surface and the carrier platform to prevent product impurities from damaging the board and causing deformation.
Before end - sealing, the products are uniformly leveled by the servo leveling mechanism to ensure that the protruding length of each chip is consistent and the end - sealing ends of the products have good consistency.
It has functions of automatic slurry addition and digital control of slurry height, visual detection of the slurry surface alarm, and detection and alarm of the slurry spreading thickness during slurry spreading (detection accuracy 0.005mm). The flatness accuracy of the slurry tray is ≤±0.005mm.
The flatness requirement of the scraper blade is ≤±0.005mm, which is wear - resistant and does not rust; the relative parallelism between the slurry tray and the carrier platform is ≤±0.005mm.
Precision roller leveling. The leveling carrier platform, end - sealing carrier platform, and turning and unloading platform are equipped with detection sensors at each corner to prevent residual products on the board surface from affecting the end - sealing quality of the products.
The slurry curing furnace uses a three - temperature - zone hot - air circulation “Ferris wheel” rotation method to cure the slurry, which has the characteristics of large capacity, uniform heating, fast curing, and high temperature - control accuracy.
The whole machine can be remotely controlled, detect equipment failure points, and handle them in a timely manner to improve the maintenance and production efficiency.
